In addition, we reserve the right to cancel any order or part of an order, or refuse service to anyone for any reason. Such reasons may include, but are not limited to, unauthorized coupon use, product availability, and price discrepancy. We reserve the right to charge fees or extra shipping charges for any product that is backordered in accordance with the properly posted fees in whole or in part. The posting of prices on our site is not an offer for sale of goods, and the order confirmation is not an acceptance of an offer to purchase goods. The contract for sale of goods between us and any customer is not entered into until we charge a valid credit card or otherwise accept payment.

Returns and Refunds
All returns and refunds are subject to the approval of Enviropore, Inc.  Manufacturer’s warranty applies to all products purchased from Enviropore, Inc.  Should you need to return an item purchased from laboratorysupply.co, then you need to contact us at sales@enviropore.com.  Upon approval, we will accept your return for merchandise that is unopened.  Refunds will be approved only AFTER having received the item in NEW condition.  You will receive confirmation of your refund, via email, and your account will be credited.  

Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order, please immediately notify Enviropore, Inc. with your intent to do so.  You can log into the store and cancel your order via the ‘My Account’ button.  All cancellations must be submitted prior to item pickup by UPS.  If the cancellation is received prior to processing, we will respond with confirmation of your cancelled order.  If you have any questions, please direct your inquiries to sales@enviropore.com.

You agree to indemnify and hold us, and our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post to or transmit through the Site, your use of the Site, your connection to the Site, your violation of the Terms of Use, or your violation of any rights of another. By accessing and using this Site, you agree that your access and use is subject to these terms and conditions as well as applicable laws, as governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of the State of Washington. Shipping Address. To make purchases on the Site, you must have a shipping address in the United States or use an APO/FPO U.S. military address.  Shipments outside of the United States will be confirmed on an as needed basis, however will not constitute a guaranteed order until.  

Sales Tax. Items that are shipped to New Jersey are subject to tax at the appropriate state and local rate.

General Terms. If any part of this agreement is ruled to be unenforceable, then such part shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, with the remainder of agreement remaining in full force and effect.
